In March 8th afternoon, a series of teacher training activities was launched this year in the ZOC academic hall of NO.3 Building. For the first time, Professor Minbin Yu, a well-known expert of glaucoma department in our center, was invited to set an example of teaching rounds for more than 200 doctors from five hospitals. Professor Yu personally taught the difficult case, from diagnosis to treatment, trained young doctors' rigorous and clear clinical thinking through instructive heuristic teaching, and guided young doctors to think, question and summarize frequently in the course of diagnosis and treatment. Residents have benefited greatly from this process.
